Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit hz999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
hz999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: a material breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or for any other reason at hz999's reasonable discretion. Upon termination for cause, hz999 may retain funds in excess of your verified net deposits.
You may close your hz999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining cash balance net of applicable bonus conditions will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
